Welcome. Unfortunately many of us are familiar with foxes. I would have to rank them as the most successful predators in our area. I's difficult keeping a step ahead of them.
What are the reeds of the new chicks you're getting?
 
Foxes are jerks! Security will be tight with our new batch of chicks.

For now I'm getting: BBS Copper Marans, Easter Eggers & Olive Eggers, Buff & Lavender Orpingtons, and Barred Rocks

Next year I may add to the flock. The Marans will be new to me, but I'm really excited for them!
