I was able to get some salve today and we put it on the knot this evening. I'm hoping it helps her heal. The more I think about how this happened though, the more I wonder if she slipped on some ice and fell on her wing. There has been a little bit of snow and ice in the run near the sides. After the snow was really when she started not acting right.
 
She seems to be holding it up in position more now and I haven't been seeing it droop like it was the day I took the picture. She seems to be feeling better now.
