why did you have to have easter eggers ? the bane of all my resolve and control and patients lol ..
I says oh just six .. no better make it a even ten ... then my aunt .. catches two more adorable fluffy faced lovelies ...
and I say ok no more .. lets go get starter and bedding ill call mom to get a tote out for me ...

get to the front .. well lets just make sure theres non I want to swap for ... * picks up two more .. Keeps previous 12 ..


and that my friends is how my flock gained triple the easter eggers I already had





























 
If I didn't have a limitation in my city, I would have the same problem. I'm already bending the rules by claiming the grey area of "six per dwelling" and counting the mother-in-law house so I can have more! Not that the poultry police have come for me yet, but if they do, we have some semantics to argue!

I am in the city with limits and those little cute chicks and the thought of wanting blue eggs made me go over my limit. I hope the chicken police don't come for me. lol! I totally understand. I told my husband we have to move to the country.

I got mine from our dickey bub farm store ..

( I got six more today but not easter eggers )

Promised my little cousins they could pick whatever breed they wanted out of a hatchery book .

And I'd get them two to raise

Well konner (4) picked " a solid white one"
That leaves me tons of options and at dickey bub they just so happen to have white rocks ...
There's konners two ... but there's a 6 minimum ..
I've never raised any of these red kinds ill get one of each
So now I have a red sex link a golden comet a new hampshire red and a rir
