Ducklings

Ducks cannot catch the bird flu as easy as chickens do.

I have delt with this twice.Symptoms:
Gasping,coughing,sneezing,wheezing,acting calm.

Sadly, that's not entirely true. Waterfowl is the primary carrier of the disease, particularly with the specific strain that's affecting the west coast right now.

Yeah...I've had to forego my daily walks with Wobbles because of it. The lake out back is a popular spot for migrating ducks and geese, and I don't wanna take any chances!
A very wise decision.

I haven't taken him to the park in the last 6 months or so becaus he got into the habit of trying to lead me home. Which would've been fine but he knows exactly where we cross the roads and he never watches out for cars so I have to race an oncoming car just to catch him so he doesn't get run over :'(

Oh my gosh well I'm glad you don't take him any more. Never have seen a duck wait for the light to change or look both ways before crossing a road.
