Hello Ma. Members I just came from the Framingham town hall after asking for a application to keep poultry. I now have a four page questioner ang a eight pages of rules and regs. I need to provide a certified plot plan of not only my property but my abutters also. A plan for storage of feed. A plan for composting of waste. A proof of origin of the chickens. Communicable disease vacination. Written maintainance plan. I guess I ranted enough. Will be asking for some help with these questions. My first is what is S. Pullorum and who are NPIP.
