I place an order and they send me an email more than a week later telling me that the chicks were not going to available for 2 months. When I wanted to cancel the rude woman told me they were going to charge me 10% cancellation fee because they had already placed the order. I got so upset at her and she hang up on me. I called her back and she was so rude. they have no customer service manners.
