Customers are never allowed to handle chicks. TSC team members are the only ones who do :)

We had to padlock our chick display because 2 days in a row we found entire families standing inside the gated enclosure passing chicks around to the kids. Also walked in numerous times with adult men holding their kids over the gates to pick up the chicks and hold them.

False. Hoovers Hatchery is our source for ducks, pullets and straight run. Privett is our source for Bantams. Last year there were supply issues due to the late winter and we were receiving from 4 different hatcheries throughout the season. Also we received 450 birds in one order last Wednesday. Also 2 weeks ago our weeks order was 650 birds total. Not sure where your info comes from but it's not good info.
