Cochin chicks: confused about their color

I just got 3 blue cochin chicks, along with 3 blue wyandottes and 1 austrolorp. They're now about 2 weeks old and their wing feathers are coming in and showing their colors! My blue Cochins are not blue though, so far at least. I read about blue not being "true" and you can get splash as well. But these chicks are showing all super light grey, almost white. I haven't seen any dark feather yet either. My wyandottes are showing a lot of blue, though. So what are my Cochins going to end up being? Here's some pics I took a few days ago when we were having outside time.

Well, they are still a littkle young!! Their "blue" coloring might only start to come in later!!! I have never raised cochins, but I have seen it with my chicks that thye can and do change their color as thye molt/get older!!!

I might be worng, but it what i think/know!

I know this happens with austrolorps. They're born with some white on them and then lose it as they get older. I hope you're right! I won't love them less, just prefer the blue color.

I think your Cochins are going to be splash. If they were blue (they're STILL blue, just not all blue, if that makes sense) their wing feathers would show that as soon as they started coming in.
My splashes (Silkies and Cochins) always start out pretty much all white. Then, as they go through their juvenile molts, they're splashing eventually shows up. They also seem to get darker as they go through yearly molts as adults.
Some peoples splash start out dark, mine do not. Yours look like they'll start out light too

This means they'll have a few dark feathers here and there with overall very light grey right? I just assumed I'd see a few dark wing feathers. One of my wyandottes are clearly showing splash coloration and the other two are dark blue. I'm just curious about what they'll look like. I want them to stop growing out of their baby fluff, but i'm also wanting them to hurry up and grow in their feathers to see what they'll look like!
