There are single comb and rose comb Rhode Island Reds. If your hen has a pea comb and lays green eggs, most likely it is a cross between a Rhode Island Red and another chicken, such as an Ameraucana or "easter egger," in order for it to have those traits.

Like said already today's Rhode Island Red only comes Rose and Single Comb and will never lay a Green Egg.

Could be a Buckeye Cross.

Yeah, a Buckeye and a green-egg layer might produce what was described.
