Farm innovations 4250 incubator

Mine is running hot. At 97.5 i am averaging 99-100.5 temps when the heating unit has just turned off. So far we have one fully hatched (day 20) with 6 more pipped so far. There are 31 total that are all from my flock so I am not worried about hatch rate as this is my first time hatching. I am just excited some of them have made it!

Hey everyone, has anyone used the new farm innovations 4250 incubator? I just picked one up on sale. Just wondering if anybody has any positives or negatives to share. I am going to try it out this weekend. I've got it running right now just to test out the humidity and temperature. It has a digital control on it. Not sure I trust it. please chime in. I will let everyone know how it goes for me.
I set 27 eggs I collected ones I wanted for 1 week on kitchen table in a bowl and 24 out of the 27 hatched starting to hatch at 19 days. Kept a good eye on temp and humidity and added water when needed. This incubator has given me the best hatch rate of any others I have used only getting 80% to hatch. The egg closest to the egg turning motor quit about a week in I think the extra heat from the turner made that egg too warm. I set up the incubator for a few hours and kept checking the temp and humidity before setting my eggs after seeing it would hold. I also used a digital temp gauge to make sure the temp was holding and it did. I will not use any other incubator in the future to hatch my birds.
