Is was it is so here goes....

Hold the body, grasp the head right where the necks bends and pull quick.

It will dislocate their neck from their head and it's done. If you have to do it this is the easiest way I've found. This is how we dispatch crippled meat birds.

Can't you just give a twist and break their necks?
