How fast did everyone receive their Meyer Hatchery chicks? I understand they ship out Monday PM-- are they shipped overnight? I have 15+ maybe a meal maker coming and live in WI. Wondering what the odds are they will be here Tuesday?

They ship Monday and will go to a USPS sorting center in Ohio then they will ship to your states sorting center so, I would bet they will get to your P.O. on Wednesday morning. Make sure you open the box at your P.O. and take a picture at the P.O. if any look sick. When I ordered from Meyers last year the P.O. lost the box for a day and a night and all the chicks were still in good shape when they arrived.

Check beaks on the chicks too. I got one BR chick in my shipment that had a crooked beak and called them about it. They had given me a extra chick with the shipment but still gave me credit for that chick. They said it doesn't happen often but, check your chicks over carefully.
I just called them (Meyer) and was not given much info. I thought I paid for extra shipping services, but was told my order was expected to ship today via priority. I can not see what shipping services were offered (express) because their site does not pass the internet explorer secure connection protocol and am currently at work. Ugh, got to wait for tracking info and guess the PO timing.

I am in the same boat anxiously awaiting my chicks. I called first thing this morning to try and add to my order but as of 10am est they'd been packed up already. I got an email about 2 hours later with tracking info but it just has the basic "the post office has recieved notification of this shipment" info. No idea when my chicks will show which makes planning around work kind of difficult! I did see on Meyer's site it was 2-day priority? ? So I'm banking on Wednesday. Hope you get news of your chicks status soon Kurt!!
Mine went out last time and are enroute from Cleveland as of the last tracking update, arrival not expected until tomorrow. When I ordered back in Nov, I swore there was an Express ship option, but does not appear to be there now. Hmmm, I was hoping to get them under heat fast, but just got to hope for the best.

The USPS is HORRIBLE when it comes to tracking! Mine departed Cleveland last night at 9 and not an update since. My mail goes through Madison, WI-- it cannot possibly be taking this long to get from Cleveland to Madison. I'm still banking on them arriving in the AM, honestly, I was hoping I'd get a phone call from my PO today but nope :/
