Picture yourself laying on the ground in a square box that JUST fit your height. If you're a 6-foot guy, you're looking at 36 square feet (6x6), if you're a 5-foot woman, 25 square feet (5x5). Either way, you're looking for a run that'll fit two of you laying down, by one of you laying down.
