duckling with leaking yolk??

Several things can cause it, the number one thing usually is high HUMIIDTY, but drop in temp can do it poor cleaning. Each time you use that bator it should be shrubbed clean. Or poor ventilation.
i know i had humidity issues through out but mainly it was too low around 40. I'd add water and it would spike than drop to 30.. i ended up putting a container in the top with water but i hadn't tried that til lockdown. So it stayed steady around 75-80 after that.
The vent holes i didn't open until pipping cause i was so worried about keeping the humidity up.

Mawmaw just removed the towel and sent an update pic.

I don't add water at all to mine until lockdown, I was having way to many sticky issues, but it seems to read 20-21 all the time.. come Lockdown, I will increase it to 60-65

She is doing great. But while trying to snuggle against the remaining eggs she was knocking them all around. So i moved her into the brooder. She ran around like crazy for a bit but snuggled up with a teddy bear my son gave her. She is still chirping very loudly like she's lonely though. If the remaining don't make it i might have to buy her a friend.
