Adopted this guy what breed is he?

This guy was living in an aviary with some budgies and a few bantams. We took him on as was for the cull otherwise. Can anyone help us with what bred(s) he could be? 8 months old. He's huge!

Glad you have joined us. Also don't know what he is, but he is one fine looking roo. Do post under what breed forum and you will get more opines.
