Dislocated hock joint?

Okay so I'm a new chick pea mamma. I think one of my 3 week old babies has a dislocated hock joint, the leg bends forward instead of back, and she wasn't walking when we got her, 2.5 weeks ago and has slowly gained more mobility. But it's all messed up, it's twice as big as the other. And was leaking pus, but I got that part handled. What can I do to help her?
