Swollen/thickened eye

Posting for a worried friend. She has a hen that has been having an eye issue for a few weeks. She has tried Vetricyn, Nutridrench, and Vetrx and it has only gotten worse. No other chickens in the flock are affected. It is only the one eye that is doing this, and the hen is eating/acting/laying normally still. Any ideas?

Siknce it has been going on for weeks, I wojld either consult a vet, or start injectable Tylan 50, and gjve 1 ml daily, either by jnjection into the breast mujscle daily for. 3 days, or given orally for 5 days. MG, infectious coryza, or an eye injury with infection may be a possibility.
 
We have though maybe mg or coryza, but the only thing that doesn't make sense with that is no one else in the flock has been affected. She may try the Tylan anyway to be safe.
