4 Buff Orpington chicks, 17 days old. Pullets? Or not? Totally second guessing!
Dorothy, the fattycake chubster who is aggressive enough to peck a pitbull right in the eye.:

Any thoughts? I've had my doubts about Dorothy from the get go. She's bossy & mouthy. But they're all adorable to me.

I have a silver laced whinedot (I don't know to spell it) and she had the same characteristics as your chick, but she is a hen, but is at the top of the pecking order, and pecks a lot, but she is a hen, so you may have the same luck as I do.

Yup. Dorothy was at the top of the order. She and Blanche are in quarantines right now being treated for Wry Neck and a possible ear infection. Now that she has some of her strength and energy back, i second guessed. Plus, my husband said she looked like a rooster. LOL

I wouldn't know if a pullet bit me in the butt! LOL
We're on a learning curve over here. Our first flock.

Not sure but he/she is cute

Thanks! I love that he/she is a total fatty cake!
