Thank you for all the warm welcomes. I figured out a "small" error in my post. I said they are about 3 wks old. Based on my further research into raising chicks I have discovered they are probably closer to a week-2wks. They are just getting feathers. I obviously have a lot to learn. Lol

I raised isa browns pullets 3 years ago. You should get tons of eggs from yours. Mine started laying eggs at 16 weeks and didn't slow down for two years. I think I got an egg from each one almost every day. God bless you and yours.
