Sick Peahen

Is there a maximum number of days for the wet pox to last in the bird?

My peahen with wet pox still has it after 5 months.

I don't think it's pox.

Really?!

I'm talking about this hen:

By the way, whether if its pox or something else, there are 2 birds next to her pen, they didn't get sick, even so they haven't been vaccinated for pox.

EDITED: i meant haven't.

I started to give up here.

Have you tried a complete food change at any time during this? It looks like a dog we once had who developed a food allergy, all the hair fell out around his eyes, lips and nose, and the skin there was red and covered with little bumps/hives. I wonder is benedryl can be used on birds incase it is some type of allergy?

Yes, i changed the food twice, and her original feed she was eating it for at least 2 years.

Now the problem is i need to put this year chicks in the pens next to her, but i don't want them to get sick.

Yes, I would be worried about that too. I think the allergy idea is probably a long shot, but I would check with Kathy and see if she has ever heard of allergies in birds or how to treat them.
