My rir is constantly sneezing and weezes alot. She also looks like she is being pecked. At night when we go to lock them up ms scarlet is always the last one. You have to pick her up and put her in. She weezes heavily when picked up.
 
It wont hurt them that are not showing symptoms. I get them at my local feed stpre and Tractor Suppy has some. What is wrong with her neck? Is that where you say she looks pecked? I would isolate her and put triple antibiotic ointment on the area if there is broken skin. The oral antibiotic and the ointment will help in quick healing of the area. Can you post a pic of her neck?
