Looks like a hen... Here are some photo's of mine around 4.5 months, yours looks to be a Bourbon Red?
Tom on the left, Hen on the right.. I was very confused for along time because the hen and tom were hard to tell apart, the other hen wasn't, she was always petite looking
Both hens together... Again, they were around 4.5 months in this photo
Looks like a hen to me too, Typically the males will have larger caruncles (bumps) on the neck and a longer snood. The hens have smaller bumps on the neck, also you will notice small feathers on the back of their neck and head. Have you seen it get puffed up with wings extended downward strutting? I had some that were strutting at about 4 weeks, funny little turkeys bumping each other.

My turkey is about 4 months now. It still squeak and I have seen no strutting I only have the one.
If you look at the photo's of my turkeys you can clearly see the male has larger caruncles compared to the females.
It would be hard to determine with only one to judge tho
