I think this is a combination of lacing and barring. Opinions?
Hard to tell from this pic, picture of the whole bird would be easier.
Barring over a silver patterned bird can give wonky patterning similar to that without lacing involved.
p.s. might get more feedback in the Genetics thread maybe?
