Really? How is it that it makes zero noise.. I have never heard it go off or nothing.

some roo's don't crow....also, if there is another rooster already in the flock a young or subordinate will often forgo crowing

This just shocks me. I have no other roo in with it. Haven't for some time. Probably a month minimum. There are roos in the next pen, but they only started having interactions a week ago so I could combine my flocks for winter. Interesting. This is the calmest easy going roo I've ever seen then. Seems I lucked out then...
