Last 3 days in incubator for newbie

Hi, it's been a few years since I got to hatch, I just got my first batch of fuzzie butts out of the Bator and moved my second batch to lock down. My humidity is 88% but I still have 15 eggs I have been periodically checking from the first batch that I suspect terminated at the last minute :( is 88% to high for lock down if I will be checking those 15 eggs for the next 24 hours and removing them?

i dont think it would be too high so long as they were 60-65 for the rest of the time. Goodluck!

Help. Calibrated my incubator 3 days ago. Day 15. Its been running at 34-35° (93-95f) the whole time. Its been on the correct temp for 3 days now. Will any of my 16 developing eggs actually hatch? Im going to set them 2 days late.

My first hatch my bator (unbeknownst to me of course) was running at 93-94 degrees because I did not check my new thermometer. To make a long story short I ended up with two hatching, one survived and one died . Day 24 & 25 hatchers. I love my roo, but he has balance issues I'm sure is due to the delayed developement which will always make him "special needs". So anything is possible. I wouldn't expect an on time hatch though if any do.

thanks. Yes thats why i wont lock down yet. They were shipped eggs too and they'll have to hatch upright as all the araucanas and polish seem to have dteatched membranes

I know exactly why people become hatching addicts and I believe I have a problem myself haha. I love waiting for hatch day, monitoring the temp, the humidity and waiting to see your eggs start having tiny cracks in them. This is so much fun.

My "guest bedroom" currently. I might be going a bit insane. 30 Texas a&m in the incubator hatching Tuesday. 43 cots waiting to go in incubator #1 and 36 French copper eggs waiting for incubator #2. I hope my wife doesn't make me sleep outside for this.
