We've had ducks for years and still don't feel like we've perfected the house design. We like building the house on a trailer so it's easy to move around the farm. But that said, the lighter the better. Ducks don't need much height cause they don't roost. And they tend to lay their eggs in nests they make - not boxes.
So we're looking for house design ideas that are somewhat light, and also have easily access in all or most sides so eggs are easily reachable.
