I feel like my chicks are like super chicks

I bought 12 (10 chicks, 2 ducks) from TSC April 2

They are HUGE and almost feathered out
they are flying around the inside of the coop

I though TSC sold 1-2 day olds? They were pretty tiny when we brought them home, and I bought 8 more this past we'd

So I'm pretty sure their age is accurate

I'm new to chicken raising, does this sound right for 2 week old chicks?

If they are feathered out then they are definitely older than a couple of days

. Sometimes the feed stores don't sell right away so they will keep them until sold, which may be a few weeks. My husbands lumber store decided to sell chicks and the last ones didn't go out until they were 4 weeks old... Someone got a good deal because they were still the same price of the day old chicks!

We're pretty good here guessing chick ages from photos. Keep in mind that chicks do grow with lightening speed, doubling in size each week.

I was just in my local TSC and the chicks ranged in age from two days to almost three weeks. They keep getting new chicks in, and depending on how quickly they're bought, they could be stacking up, resulting in chicks of all ages. Also, some of their chicks are bantams, so it looks like the other chicks are older than they really are when compared to them.

I've got one buff and three Rhode Island reds. I also have no clue on there ages. I know the buff is younger than the other two. I know mine are older than yours that much I know.
