In Sweden, organic and KRAV (KRAV farms have to follow special rules for the well being of the hens) have roosters among them, this is why it's possible that some eggs are fertilized.

I had no luck at trader joes here in Saint Petersburg.
They don't even sell em!
Just the regular Organic/Vegetarian/misleading labeled garbage.

Any health food or grocery that sells FETILE eggs (It will say it right on the carton), you can try.
