I was told both of these pullets we're Auracanas, but unfortunately neither are rumpless. They both look as though they will be beared. 5 weeks old

both easter eggers. both have tails for sure. rumpless is totally lacking the tail- no tail bump at all where the feathers come out of. the spine abruptly ends.

the one in first pic is showing roo colors- the darker areas coming up. the other is not really showing roo feathers but it just looks masculine.. kinda cool colors though.

Where did you get them? If from a hatchery, not one hatchery that I know of sells Araucanas. Those are very rare. They also, with one exception, don't sell Ameraucanas. I think Meyer is now selling what they say is a true blue Ameraucana, but the quality is surely not what you'd get in a breeder bird.

99% of all birds labeled "Ameraucana/Araucana" are Easter Eggers. Most folks think they're all the same thing. I personally do not like the looks of Araucanas with their rumplessness (meaning, they do not have the body part that holds a tail at all) and their ear tufts (as opposed to the muffs of the true Ameraucana and most EEs), but I love all the Blue/Black/Splash Ameraucanas I've had, as well as the EEs I created here from various roosters over those Ameraucana hens.

I love the bluish one in your second photo. EEs are cool birds. My oldest one is 7 years old and still laying.
