Only a small hole has been made by this little guy. Is this "normal"?

should be out on it's own by now, is it ?
Best not to rush it and let it do the work on it's own, it has a lot of work to do in that egg in order to fully internalize the yolk sac , etc.
 
Happy to report that after 26 hours and a little help egg #14 hatched. Followed shortly thereafter by egg #16. Both chicks are anxiously awaiting the arrival of egg #17 and egg #18.
