NY Post Article - Why nothing, especially chicken, tastes like it used to

Good article - it explains a lot doesn't it?? It's very sad in many ways - people have food that's cheaper, but blander, probably not 'natural' and certainly not as mouth watering as I remember. When I was a child, chicken was indeed a special meal - Christmas/Thanksgiving only.
We have lost so much over the years,

Good article, thanks. I know my cockerels and old hens have tons more flavor than the CX.

Anyone else notice they're calling Wyandottes and probably Aussies Barred Rocks in that first pic?

Sure did, there's not a barred rock in the pic at all.
