Duck acting drunk, wobbly head

Can you put him in a pen and feed him nothing but crumbles? If after that he is still pooping green I would be suspicious of a bacterial infection.

If then what would I treat him with? I'm thinking my female may have something similar only because she has had loose droppings since she was ill last month as well but she's acting fine now.

Tractor Supply is the closest store for poultry needs.

If I do get some kind of antibiotic could I treat them both?

Or should I send some droppings in to be tested? I'm not sure where to start going about doing that but I could try.

I usually use Baytril when I have one that's pooping green.

Good to know. What does Baytril treat? I'm thinking Tractor Supply must have it.

I'm also nowhere near any avian vets when it comes to checking their droppings. I'm wondering why if I could mail them? Sounds weird but it would be my only option.

I'm not so worried about Fred now, his droppings and attitude are back to normal it is my female, Ethel who still has diarrhea from when she was ill a month or so ago. She acts and eats fine but she has, and I can only call it "explosive" because it's loud when she goes. I'll have to post a pic tomorrow. Nothing has changed other than her being ill but she's been acting fine.

She hasn't laid since then either, but I had her separated and in the dark for a few days and I heard this could possibly make them stop laying? That wasn't my intention, but it isn't a big deal.

I've been checking her daily and while her bum has a "loaded diaper" appearance, I can't feel a thing. I'll have to take pictures of her too to see if that's normal for a female or not.

They have acv and rolled oats daily but that hasn't helped and she absolutely will not eat yogurt.
