At what age do True Americaunas (black) start to grow definitive male feathers? I have a thread on my two Black Americanas, 12.5 weeks, and some posters say I have two pullets and some say I have two cockerels. Very confusing.

Question about my Ameraucana chick. I purchased her from Meyer. She was pricey, came legbanded so I could identify her. She's a very pretty bird but I've noticed that she has a few feathers growing in on her legs. Do you think there was a mix up or do you think its just down to poor hatchery quality bloodlines?
She's 5 weeks old now and not fuzzy anymore. I just forgot to take a picture of her body so I put up one from a couple weeks ago.
