We had a fox issue a few weeks back. One evening when we went to lock everyone up we found our americauna rooster laying in front of the coop with his feet in the air missing feathers and generally not looking good. There were no obvious wounds so my husband put him in the coop. He spent the next week with a limp wing and not walking on one leg and generally looking unwell. Then he suddenly seemed like himself. Would fly up to the upper roosts, started crowing and mating again and looks and acts healthy. But then every once in awhile we will find him on his back with his feet up in the air and he can't turn over and get up. He'll flap about but can't right himself. He looks dead. But if we turn him over he gets up and runs away. Any ideas?
