Pretty drink Ross! Those are the ones that usually go down too easily, resulting in too many! I'm just about ready to join you though.

It was a lovely time. Was your side hurting from laughing too much I hope?

Yes, they usually need assistance, that's part of it... getting them to internal pip is hard too...
They imprint really easy and are super friendly... the last one ended up being a single hatch, so she's extremely imprinted and super snuggly...
When you get eggs I can give you some advice if you want it, and I have a friend who can help too... :)

Absolutely!!! Please, I would love advice when I set the eggs. I just hatched my first peafowl (which are hard too) and thanks to everyone on this thread and a few members on the pea board, I did my first assist and it was a success. So I appreciate the help greatly! Thank you! I'll be PMing you in the spring!

I feel like a proud mama tonight. I went out, around dark, to put the chickens in the coop and the 2 older ones were already in there!! I promised them lots of treats tomorrow! Hopefully the little ones will catch on now. Never thought I'd feel so happy over chickens walking up a ramp and going into a coop. :lau
