Does anyone on here know at what age I should be able to tell which of my chicks are of and which are bantams? Also does anyone know what age you can tell if a silkie X inherited the blue ears?

I could tell my bantam chicks at day 1 as they were much smaller than large fowl chicks.  Sorry but I can't help with the silkie question other than that ear lobe color does not appear until sexual maturity, generally around 6 months.
