What are these two? - Page 3

I have the twin to your girl, also from Meyer, but hatched one week later. I'm sure she's a pullet. Her pelvic bones are starting to spread apart for egg laying. And she's super sweet, smart, and cuddly. I like the Dominique stock from Meyer.

You and me both!  We were really back and forth with her.

Now we play the waiting game on her first egg.  :fl  Something tells me she'll be one of the first of the group to lay.

3 Dark Cornish, 3 Brown leghorns, 3 Silver Spangled Hamburgers, 1 Naked Neck Turken, 1 White Rocks, 6 Black Australorps,  2 Production Reds, 2 Black Stars that are all laying, and then 2 Roos that are a black lorp and an Easter Egger!

Not laying yet/roos:  58 mixed breeds, 13 EEs, 1 BR, 1 Dom, 1 Salmon Faverolle, 1 BO, Silver Phoenix roo, and both a Dark Cornish and White laced Cornish!

She may be since she seems to be very early maturing smile.png

Yippee! SO happy for you! My Dom started laying at 20 weeks, almost 21 (the first to lay in my little flock of 7) and then one of my EEs a couple of weeks later (the other EE is still not laying but showing signs). Their eggs look a lot like your two on the right - the EE's are bigger and a pale mint green with a drop of blue; the Dom's are smaller and pale brown with a matte finish.
