I would think she has a crop problem, almost certainly.

I agree. I didn't realize that this was a young bird. How is the crop this evening? Any less full? Squishy?

An enlarged crop is not really abnormal unless it isn't emptying. If it is still full in the morning then you may have an issue. Does the bird appear to be behaving normally?
Squishy is unusual. Is should feel firm when it is full. Yes, check it in the morning, first thing. If it's still the way you describe before you feed her, take the fecal to the vet, look up sour crop on here, and see how to treat it. You can search it. Or consider taking the bird to the vet.

To be fair, squishy is a fairly subjective term. When I feed my birds wet/fermented feed or when they've been drinking a lot in the heat of the summer I would certainly describe their crops as somewhat soft or "squishy". How long has it been like this?
All the birds crops should feel about the same.
