I have 3 Belgium D'unncle pullets. I let the rest of my birds free range on my property and I was wondering if it's safe for them to free range with the rest of the chickens, ducks, and guineas. A few months ago I bought my first D'unncle and she suddenly disappeared. We figured if was a hawk that grabbed her since there weren't any feathers. Both my roosters do a good job at alerting the girls of Hawks but if these three little ladies wander too far they might not be able to hear them. Has anyone tried free ranging this breed or something similar in size? They are much smaller than my silkies.
