Need confirmation on gender Brahma Buff Columbia 17 weeks

My Easter egger cockerel at 14 weeks. If your brahma was a cockerel, it would have a comb like his by now. Pea combs are still pea combs regardless of breed.

One of my pullets 14 weeks. Comb is a pink, fleshy color, but just starting to develop. This is what yours looks like.

Thanks, but I heard Brahmas are slower to develop? So could it by any chance be a late blooming cockerel ?
I have to say at around 10 weeks it showed symptoms of a mycoplasma gallisepticum infection (2 days after I bought him so he probably carried it already). I immediately treated it with antibiotics and in less than a week he was much better.
So perhaps this could have caused the slower developement ?!

I'm still thinking cockerel, but for your sake I hope I'm wrong. We've seen Brahmas on these boards where the cockerels don't really become apparent until 6 months or so. Being a giant breed, they can be slower to mature. It would be great to see pics in a month or so to see how things are going!

So you don't see anything also on the new photos that clearly shows it's a cockerel.

I will try to post pics some weeks later then, but it'll probably become clear then what it is :)
