My ducks are pipping at wrong end of the egg

Glad you could join the flock! Mountain peeps has left you some excellent links to check out. Wrong end pipping does usually mean that your eggs have been set the wrong way during incubation. Did you have them set fat end up and pointy end down in the turner during incubation? Having them set with the pointy end up can cause the embryo to develop in the wrong position therefore causing the ducklings to pip at the wrong end of the egg.
