My remaining bourbon hen, but have two more poults this year
My BR turkeys are my favorite birds! I love them so much i have passed the deed on i will Not proccess them...

My breeder walked me thru the jonny vs jenny. The carknuckles are one way of surity, the size will be slightly diff, hens are smaller. The size of their wattles are an indicator. The gobbles are a giveaway!
I was concerned about Angel wing... lol! now i know how much the blood feathers weigh! We learned about it through my ducky research, they sure hold their wings funny alot here with the southern LA heat! We weighted a lost feather to a whole .9 gs without blood fillin it up!
