Yup, they would just try to huddle in the corner of the run under the coop. Usually one or two would go up on their own the last few days. If you already have one going up then hopefully you are almost there! Keep doing what you're doing for a few more days...

I only had to catch my last batch once and put them in at dusk, next night they went in on their own.....
......I guess they didn't like me chasing them around, grabbing them, sliding up the pop door and tossing them into the coop.
