Ridiculously small eggs - full grown chicken

So... My adult leghorn who was a very regular layer has become incredibly inconsistent in laying and has recently laid 4 or five *crazy* small eggs (talking the size of a small gum ball!)
They have no yolk and the shell has bumps on it like calcium build up. The other 4 are laying just fine so I don't think its a diet or water thing.
Should I be concerned? I know once in a blue moon is normal, but she hasn't laid a full size egg in weeks and it's becoming a somewhat regular occurrence.
Thoughts?

Has there been any changes in environment, feed, amount of treats? Any new flock members? Sudden heat wave or rainstorm? When things start to go wonky with the egg laying process, it's usually because of some kind of stress. How old is this hen?

I added 3 new girls to the coop 2 months ago... Three roosters were there briefly too but we're taken out once it was clear they were Roos a month or so ago. I've added some whole grains to their diet but that was after small egg phenomenon started.... I'm in Phoenix - so it's slready pretty hot. But she's laid through a summer before.
I can't say for sure how old she is as she was a layer when she wandered into my yard and adopted me ;)

If it was just once I wouldn't be concerned. But it's happened often on and off and a lot recently. No full size eggs in awhile. : /

Sorry I am speechless - which is a first for me. But I cannot figure out that puzzle, unless she is a lot older - I doubt that though.

It's probably because she is getting toward the end of her laying years, and there has been quite a lot of upheaval within the flock over the last couple months. Adding new birds in, and taking flock members out is a pretty big source of distress for chickens. Cut out treats entirely to make sure she's getting a balanced diet and she may get back to normal in a few more weeks.

Hmmm... I'll give it a shot. I hope she's not "aging out"
Another tiny egg today.... :(

I had a hen produce tiny eggs before. It was due to old age. She was a bantam, and the eggs were smaller than a robin's. Egg size never went back to normal and production stopped soon after.

Thanks for everyone's responses.
I've got my fingers crossed... Got a full size egg from her yesterday and today. After *weeks* of nothing. No idea what it was all about - but hopefully she's back to normal :)
Helps ease the pain of the one I lost this weekend... :(
