Is this chick having a dust bath? She was acting weird so I took her out and then it seems as though she could not stand well and balance was off. But I think she improved after a bit...? A little worried about overnight.

It's a little hard to tell from the photo, she could very well have been dustbathing. Was she sort of laid out kicking her legs and stretching her wings out? A while back there was a photography contest involving dustbathing...maybe if you look at some of those photos you'll see what I mean:

If you hadn't been watching her for long, there's a chance you caught her mid-rest and that she was just enjoying a dust bath. X2 to everything above
