This chick is a BCM/Welsummer cross, 8 weeks old. Everything about "it" from growth, feathering and personality seems pullet like except for that gosh darn comb. I've been unable to find any saddle feathers coming in either. The comb has been that size for several weeks, but has no sign of red in it. I am new to BCM's and all the cockerels I've been able to find pictures of seem to be very obvious from a very young age. I usually do well spotting roos, i have some 3 week old's that I'm more sure about than this one... what do you guys think?
