7 week chick walks around with eyes closed?

Thank you, that's good to hear! She seems fine except for the super sleepiness and closed eye. Think I'll start up with the cream again. Thanks for replying

Mine is totally normal now! And is growing great. Think it's just a quirk although it's not as bad as it was when I first wrote this post haha.
 
I came on here to ask about mine. It's a few months old and only stands around with one eye closed. It has red around both it's eyes but is active, eats and drinks and doesn't act sick. It's been like this for weeks and weeks now. The one eye looks like it's sticks out farther than the other one when you're looking at it from the front. Eye is not red but around it is. I have 3 of them and the other two doesn't have this. Just wondering what it is since it doesn't act sick or anything. It's mega hot here right now so I figured it must be due to that. I gave them some vitamins and electrolytes in their water yesterday to help with this heat.
 
That does seem odd. Is it just redness, or is there any inflammation? Any other symptoms? Allergies that you might have noticed? Have you changed anything in the coop or run or feed in the last few weeks? Sorry I'm of no help at all

Are all the birds from the same place, age, breed?

Hopefully someone else will have an answer or suggestion for you . . .

A few questions for you.
How old is a few months?
When did you notice the difference in the eye?
Any way you can get a pic of it so we can see what you're dealing with?

just redness and no other symptoms. No haven't changed anything. Same breed, same age etc.

I didn't notice any redness until my daughter pointed it out this week. Only thing I'd noticed was it closing it's eye a lot. I was showing it to her and she said that. I don't wear my glasses when I am out there feeding and tending to them so I didn't see it.
 

He has fermented food on his beak. lol I'm thinking they're about 3 months old. He has done this for a long time and has no symptoms at all other than shutting the eye a lot. I haven't seen any drainage or anything. No sneezing nothing.
