Hi...I'm new to marans and absolutely love them. I hatched several a couple of months ago and am hoping for some advise on the color of a chick I kept. I kept 2 pullets and a cockerel. The I am pretty sure they are blue coppers but I would like advise on the color of the roo I kept. It's the marans on the far right of the three pictured here. Sorry for the bad pic...they had just been moved to the grow out coop and were a little spooked at the time.

So excited. I’ve posted before about this amazing breeder I found on Craigslist of all places. Not only did I get pretty FBCM from her but they lay great dark eggs. So I bought 3 new pullets from her. I’ve forgotten what colors she called them, but they are different. Here they are along with the eggs from my adults.
