Fattening

I'd suggest a 20% feed like flock raiser to bring them to maximum healthy weight.

At that age RSL are probably not laying much anymore. RSL are a production egg breed and are not genetically designed to grow heavy thighs and breasts. They will never fill out like a quality dual purpose or meat bird.

I'm trying to bring them back up

Have you determined what caused the loss of weight/condition? If so, has that been addressed?
I realize it probably feels like you are getting a lot of questions and no answers, but there is a method to the madness --- understanding the whole situation is the only way to effectively answer your question. For example, I could suggest a diet that should put weight on a bird and be done with it. But, by asking questions, I may discover that the weight loss was due to internal parasites (as an example) - maybe you had already realized this and treated the birds, so we go back to a good feed program to re-condition the birds; if you had not realized this was the root cause, though, all the feed program in the world would do little to improve the condition of the birds as the parasite load had not been addressed. Conditioning or re-conditioning a bird is not always as simple as adding to or changing feed.
