Help. What Breed? Roo or Pullet?

Hello. I have tried to post this several times. We are new to chickens and BYC. We ordered from Murray McMurry Hatchery. We got 15 choice layers, 5 Barred Plymouth Rocks pullets, 5 Araucanas/Ameraucanas pullets, and 1 Araucanas/Ameraucanas rooster. When our shipment came we also ended up with 1 free exotic chick, 1 Araucanas/Ameraucanas rooster, and 1 extra choice layer. We are happy. However, I won't order the choice layers again because it is driving me crazy not knowing what I have. Any advice is appreciated.
